The Division of Curriculum and Instruction aims to increase the professional qualifications and improve the professional competencies of teachers, administrators, education specialists and other employees who are or will be working as education specialists, program development specialists, academic coordinators in human resources management and in-service training units in the public and private sectors.
The department can open postgraduate programs with and without thesis and carry out the "teaching profession knowledge" courses in all other undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Education and the pedagogical formation program carried out within the Faculty of Education with other departments of the Department of Educational Sciences.

Our mission is to train highly qualified, contemporary experts who are committed to Atatürk's principles and revolutions, and who are effective in the formulation, development, and implementation of our country's educational policies with the teaching, research, and community services offered in the light of universal and ethical values, adhering to the principles of science and technology.
In this context,
1. To train academic coordinators, education specialists and program development specialists needed by the Ministry of National Education, other public institutions and organizations and the private sector
2. To train the academic staff needed by higher education
3. To contribute to the training of teacher candidates in the Faculty of Education as qualified teachers
who have acquired the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required by the teaching profession
4. To provide training that will contribute to the individual and professional development of trainers
and teachers working in formal and non-formal education institutions
5. To conduct national and international scientific research and projects on the development and
evaluation of educational programs, teacher training, etc.
