Our Department began offering the Early Childhood Education Bachelor’s Degree Program in the 2018–2019 Fall Semester by admitting 60 students. Students are admitted to the program based on their “SÖZ” score from the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS).

Program Objectives

The objective of the Bachelor’s Program in Early Childhood Education is to train qualified early childhood teachers who, upon completing their four-year education, embrace lifelong learning and self-renewal as guiding principles, possess professional competencies and a sense of dedication to their profession, and are capable of critical and creative thinking.

Employment Opportunities for Graduates

Graduates of the program can work in independent kindergartens affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, in kindergarten classes within elementary schools, and in daycare centers and kindergartens operated by various public and private institutions and organizations.
