In addition to being able to open graduate programs with and without thesis, the Department of Educational Administration conducts the "teaching profession knowledge" courses in teacher training programs together with other departments of the Educational Sciences Department. 1 professor and 1 associate professor are working in our department.

The main purpose of the Educational Administration Department is to increase the professional qualifications of teachers, administrators, supervisors, education specialists and other employees who work or will work in the education system in order to gain knowledge, skills and competence in this field, to improve their professional competencies, to adopt the principles and practices of contemporary education and management science, to train education and school administrators who know the techniques of education, who have the skills to conduct research and produce solutions by dealing with the problems with a scientific approach, and who are equipped with the skills to effectively manage all kinds of education programs in a competitive environment.
