The Department of Education Programs and Instruction aims to increase and develop the professional qualifications of teachers, administrators, education specialists and other employees who work or will work as education specialists, program development specialists, academic coordinators in human resources management and in-service training units in the public and private sectors, and to increase their professional qualifications.

The department can open graduate programs with and without thesis, and it conducts the "teaching profession knowledge" courses in all other undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Education and the pedagogical formation program carried out within the Faculty of Education together with the other departments of the Educational Sciences Department. One professor and 1 assistant professor work in the department.

Our mission is to train highly qualified, contemporary experts who are effective in the creation, development and implementation of our country's education policies, with teaching, research and community services offered in the light of universal and ethical values, adhering to the principles of science and technology.

In this context,

1. To train academic coordinators, education specialists and program development experts, who are in need of other public institutions and organizations, especially the Ministry of National Education, and the private sector,
2. To train lecturers who are in need of higher education,
3. To contribute to the training of teacher candidates in the Faculty of Education as qualified teachers who have acquired the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values ​​required by the teaching profession,
4. To provide trainings that will contribute to the individual and professional development of trainers and teachers working in formal and non-formal education institutions,
5. Development and evaluation of educational programs, teacher training, etc. To carry out scientific research and projects at national and international level.
